You want to understand what exactly happened to you and your old you when you became a mom?
You are trying to find ways to heal the physical, psychological and spiritual wounds inflicted upon you during the birth of your child and the first months as a mother?
You are looking for connection with other moms who are facing the same challenges, worries and crises?
You are longing for a community?
You would like to make sense of the transformation you went through when becoming a mom?
Then join me on this 8-session online journey of Mother Circle to find greater clarity and wisdom in a community of kindred spirits.
Together, we will explore ways of healing from birth, loss and early motherhood experiences. We will create a space of support in a time where you are most likely experiencing that you need more support than ever and have less available. You don’t have to do this alone, in fact, you can’t. We are social mammals; we can only make sense of and integrate our experiences in community. It takes a village to raise a child and to allow a mother to heal - physically, emotionally and spiritually. Let’s build this village together. Join a community of Mamas who are tackling the same questions, challenges, struggles and triumphs.
Together, we will explore a new archetype of womanhood and motherhood and define those in our own terms.
My Motivation
"After being a fiercely independent woman traveling the world for all of my adult life, having become a mother of two high need babies within the span of 1.5 years has fundamentally changed me and my life. Not always in ways that I wanted to, liked or ever imagined possible.
I was struggling with making sense of it all and often felt very alone.
With my work, I would like to provide women with a powerful framework to make sense of their experiences and the transformation they have been or are still going through when becoming mothers. Together, we can build the communities we need in order to heal and become whole again."
